Divided into five phases, the program is designed to equip learners with skills and expertise that allow them to deliver effective training sessions.
Phase 1: Training Needs Analysis: In this phase, learners will understand the concepts such as Need Analysis, the importance of SWOT analysis, identifying people who need training and different analysis methods.
Phase 2: Training Environment & Role of Trainer: This phase includes equipping the candidates with different skills to work with various kinds of learners and developing soft skills to build amicable rapport with them.
Phase 3: Techniques, Group Management and Feedback: This phase teaches the learner effective training techniques required to deal with individuals from varied groups, along with developing new and engaging training methods.
Phase 4: Methods, Media, Session Structure, and Evaluation: This phase sheds light on the pivotal role that the different kinds of media play in today’s learning environments, along with emphasis on the importance of previous knowledge and various methods and strategies that can be used for recalling lessons.
Phase 5: Live Webinar: A day-long live webinar, which will be divided into two sessions. These two sessions will clear any doubts that the learners have about the study materials and will also reinforce the content that has been discussed earlier.
