EBU’s Master of Education (M.Ed.) with Learning & Development (L&D) equips individuals with substantial knowledge and skills that are required to develop a successful career as a Learning and Development professional. The course deals with a vast array of essential topics such as designing, developing, and understanding Need Analysis, and grasping and reflecting on the theories that govern adult learning.
The blended learning course also comes with a thorough understanding of receiving and giving feedback, types of feedback, the effectiveness of feedback, and what to ask trainees and how to observe them. It also equips students with the knowledge and understanding of various styles of training and development along with the ways to measure performance gaps in trainees and ways to design engaging activities for trainees.
