Dr. Samantha Reddiar

Across five countries and nearly three decades, Dr Samantha Reddiar has built a career around a defining belief: meaningful education begins when every child feels valued, supported and capable of succeeding. An internationally experienced primary school leader, she brings 27 years of expertise spanning South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and China. Her leadership journey includes 16 years in senior roles across early childhood and primary education. As Head of Junior Primary at Woodlands Primary School, she oversaw a 400-student Foundation Phase, strengthening teaching practices, restorative approaches to behaviour and partnerships with families. Currently serving as Curriculum Leader and Engineering and Emergent Technologies Programme Pioneer at Keystone Academy in Beijing, Dr Reddiar combines educational innovation with culturally responsive teaching. She developed a bilingual engineering programme for young learners and created KeyCards, a character education initiative rooted in the school's five Confucian values. Her contributions to foundational literacy are equally distinctive. She authored the NIB handwriting curriculum, using imaginative storytelling to develop fluent letter formation, alongside an early reading programme trialled across four countries and now being expanded with digital resources. Beyond curriculum development, her work in quality assurance, instructional coaching and assessment strategy reflects a commitment to translating educational vision into everyday classroom impact. Holding a Doctorate in Education (Applied) in Educational Administration and Leadership from Eastbridge University, France, Dr Reddiar continues to champion inclusive learning environments where academic growth, character and belonging advance together

Dr. Quinton Stephen

Quinton Stephen is an experienced educator and school counsellor dedicated to supporting students’ academic, personal and emotional development. Currently serving as School Counselor at SIS Group of Schools in Jakarta, Indonesia, he brings expertise in English teaching, counselling psychology, personal counselling, public speaking and entrepreneurship. He holds an MA in Human Services Counseling, specialising in Marriage and Family Psychology, from Liberty University. As an Apple Certified Teacher, Quinton combines contemporary educational practices with compassionate learner support. His multidisciplinary experience, commitment to student well-being and ability to strengthen school communities reflect the values celebrated across East Bridge University’s global alumni network.

Sreepriya Bhowmik

Head of Special Educational Needs at Myanmar International School Yangon

With 23 years of international experience, Sreepriya Bhowmik has dedicated her professional journey to supporting individuals with learning difficulties and helping educators, parents, and institutions create environments where every learner has the opportunity to thrive. A UK-based learning specialist and trainer, Sreepriya has extensive experience working with students with Developmental Delay, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other specific learning difficulties. Her expertise includes assessing students for Access Arrangements, evaluating bilingual learners for learning difficulties, and designing individualised support and training programmes tailored to their specific needs. Beyond individual assessment and intervention, Sreepriya works closely with schools, colleges, teachers, professionals, and families to develop effective and sustainable support systems. An important part of her work involves conducting workshops for teachers and parents, equipping them with practical strategies to better understand and support individuals with SpLD and Autism in reaching their full potential. Her commitment to the field also extends to professional knowledge-sharing. She is currently authoring a book focused on strategies for supporting individuals with learning difficulties, designed particularly for professionals who are new to the field of Special Educational Needs. Through more than two decades of practice, Sreepriya has remained committed to making specialist SEN support practical, individualised, and accessible to those who need it most

His expertise spans finance, enterprise risk management, compliance, IT governance, and organisational transformation, with leadership roles across India, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Papua New Guinea.

Dr. Aravind Kumar Radhakrishnan

Dr. Aravind Kumar Radhakrishnan is an internationally recognized Interventional Cardiologist, Global Health Researcher, and Health Policy Advisor dedicated to advancing cardiovascular care, health systems strengthening, and healthcare innovation across diverse global settings.

Dr. Radhakrishnan currently serves as Honorary Cardiology Advisor to the Ministry of Health, Republic of Liberia, Associate at the Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, Harvard University, Board Member of the Liberia Cardiac Society, National Young Ambassador for Heart Failure–Georgia under the Heart Failure Association, European Society of Cardiology, and Doctoral Researcher at Charité Berlin.

Martin Venter

Martin Venter is a seasoned global business leader with over 25 years of executive experience leading diversified investment platforms and large-scale operating businesses across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Based in Dubai, he has built a distinguished career driving business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable shareholder value across sectors including energy, marine services, infrastructure, real estate, FMCG, hospitality, and technology-enabled enterprises.

Known for his strategic clarity and decisive leadership style, Martin has successfully led complex organizations through growth, restructuring, portfolio optimization, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Dr. Zafeer SHAMSUDEEN

Dr. Zafeer Shamsudeen is a seasoned commercial leader with over 30 years of experience across FMCG, dairy, and agribusiness sectors in the GCC and South Asia. He has led large-scale, multi-country operations with full P&L responsibility, driving growth through strategic execution, route-to-market transformation, and performance governance.

His expertise spans modern trade, traditional trade, and HORECA channels, with a strong focus on strengthening distribution ecosystems and enhancing retail performance.

Dr. Zafeer holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Enterprise Transformation from East Bridge University. A Chartered Marketer and Fellow of leading global institutes, he actively contributes to industry development through advisory roles, thought leadership, and strategic consulting across GCC markets.

Shilpa Dholakia

A transformational and visionary IB education leader with over 23 years of global experience, she brings deep expertise in curriculum development, school leadership, and the successful implementation of International Baccalaureate programmes across PYP, MYP, and DP.

She has played a pivotal role in guiding schools through IB PYP authorisation and evaluation processes, including leading governance and strategic oversight of self-study initiatives for IB and CIS evaluations.
