As a Master Mariner / Captain, he is recognized for his operational excellence, leadership integrity, and strategic foresight in managing complex maritime operations.

As the Founder & Principal Consultant of NautheX™, he leads a hybrid consultancy that bridges maritime expertise with academic excellence. NautheX™ delivers strategic advisory, leadership development, and professional education programs aimed at fostering innovation, organizational resilience, and effective management practices across the maritime and educational landscapes.
