East Bridge University is pleased to welcome Dr. Jenny Hale, a renowned expert in emotional intelligence and authentic leadership, to our Academic Advisory Board. Dr. Hale brings a diverse range of professional experience in empowering executive leaders and professionals, having trained individuals from Asia, Australia, and around the globe. She has made it her life’s mission to build authentic leaders who are capable of bringing meaningful and sustainable change.
A Leader in Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching
With over two decades of experience transforming professionals and organisations worldwide, Dr. Jenny Hale brings unmatched expertise in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and personal mastery. She is the founder of Authentic Living (Ataraxy Co Ltd), where she coaches leaders to perform at their best without burnout through her acclaimed Hale Method of Emotional Mastery.
She hails from an impressive background combining tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Educational Leadership, and Training and Assessment Systems. Her efforts to inculcate people-centric leadership skills have taken on an interdisciplinary approach. Throughout her exciting span of professional journey, she has successfully designed and delivered executive education programs and CPD courses in emotional intelligence, leadership training, and personal transformation.
She has also served as a Psychology lecturer and business process consultant, advising CEOs, training management teams, and guiding organisations through strategic and cultural transformation. Her scope of work spans multiple countries and continents, where she has led remote teams, scaled operations, and implemented performance management systems across various professional sectors. Dr. Jenny Hale has recently joined East Bridge University’s Board of Academic Advisors, where she is already making meaningful contributions to the Doctorate in Psychology and Doctorate in Leadership programs. Her expertise in the areas of Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Executive Presence, and Change Psychology will help us develop curricula that will shape a new generation of emotionally intelligent and authentic leaders.
Dr. Hale’s strategic guidance will uplift EBU's academic offerings and bring innovation and impact across all our programs. Her dedicated efforts to foster authentic, meaningful and sustainable leadership across communities, classrooms and boardrooms are a testament to her unwavering commitment to human-centred development and transformative education.

As a graduate of the Master of Arts in Teaching degree program, my experience was transformative. The program gave me a deep understanding of educational theory, effective teaching strategies, and practical classroom management techniques.
