East Bridge University to Host Exclusive Research Methodology Webinar for Research Scholars

11th February 2026

East Bridge University (EBU) is all set host an academic webinar titled “From Research Idea to Publishable Study: Building Strong Research Questions & Methodology” exclusively for our doctorate students. The webinar will take place on 14th of February, 2026 and aims address the possible bottlenecks that students face during the course of their doctoral journey.

Led by our Research Supervisor, Dr Gargi Sen, an ESL Specialist and Inclusive Education Advocate, the webinar will help research scholars to chart a pathway from developing their research questions and methodology to publishing high-quality doctoral work. The students will be guided through the critical stages of their research journey. Dr Sen will help the students to understand how to transform a broad research interest into a focused, methodologically sound, and publication-ready study.

The webinar will address common challenges faced by researchers, such as identifying clear research problems, developing effective research questions, formulating strong hypotheses, and opting for correct research methodologies. They will gain insights into how to conduct and organise literature reviews, understand descriptive, exploratory, and causal research methods, enabling them to make informed choices between qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches.

A key highlight of the webinar is its practical orientation. By the end of the session, participants are expected to develop a step-by-step framework that supports academic confidence, methodological clarity, and the preparation of scientifically structured manuscripts suitable for thesis submission or journal publication.

The webinar will be conducted online to accommodate EBU’s diverse international research scholars, with session timings scheduled across multiple regions, including the UAE, India, Singapore, and Vietnam.

This initiative reflects East Bridge University’s continued commitment to academic excellence and research support. By offering focused, expert-led academic sessions, EBU continues to create meaningful learning opportunities that strengthen research skills and foster scholarly growth.
