East Bridge University is all set to organise an exclusive webinar on "Emotional Intelligence for Business Students" led by Dr Jenny Hale. The webinar will take place on the 16th of August, 2025, and will be a two-hour-long interactive session designed to equip aspiring business professionals with one of the most in-demand soft skills in today's corporate world - Emotional Intelligence (EI).
Empowering Future Business Leaders with Emotional Intelligence
The webinar will be conducted by Dr Jenny Hale, who is a member of East Bridge University’s Academic Advisory Board and has over two decades of experience as an executive coach in business consulting, leadership training, and emotional intelligence. She is well-known for the creation of Authentic Living (Ataraxy Co Ltd), where she uses her well-known Hale Method of Emotional Mastery to coach leaders to reach their maximum potential without burning out.
This two-hour-long session by Dr Hale will be joined by our students from across the globe, and will be an interactive webinar where participants are encouraged to ask questions and interact with the host. This immersive experience will enable students to understand a crucial aspect of success in dynamic business environments.
Why Emotional Intelligence Matters in Business?
In today’s day and age, Emotional Intelligence has become a necessity in the ever-changing business environment. Emotional Intelligence shapes high-performing professionals from leadership to teamwork, managing stress to negotiating change. This webinar furthers East Bridge University’s efforts in equipping our students with emotional, social, and intellectual skills.
This forthcoming webinar will be an interactive and interesting experience that lets students participate actively, pose questions, and get actual insights straight from an expert rather than only a lecture. East Bridge University guarantees that participants walk away with skills they can immediately apply in their academic and professional paths by promoting substantive conversations and hands-on learning.
