East Bridge University to Host Inspiring Webinar on Future of Careers 2025: Trends, Skills & Global Pathways

16th October 2025

East Bridge University (EBU) is gearing up to host an exciting and forward-thinking live webinar, "Future of Careers 2025: Trends, Skills & Global Pathways," on 18th October 2025. The event promises to be a dynamic exchange of ideas about the ever-evolving world of work, where technology, sustainability, and globalisation are reshaping how we learn, grow, and build meaningful careers.

More than just a talk about "the future," this session aims to help participants understand their place in it — by discovering what skills truly matter, how leadership and collaboration are evolving, and how international education can open new doors in a borderless world. It's a conversation about possibility, empowerment, and growth — true to EBU's mission of nurturing global citizens ready for tomorrow's challenges.

Meet the Visionaries Behind the Conversation

Leading this inspiring session is Dr Janat Blackmon, Director General of East Bridge University, who will moderate the discussion. Recognised for her vision and commitment to learner empowerment, Dr Blackmon has been critical in determining EBU's worldwide presence and innovation-based educational approach. Her enthusiasm for developing inclusive, lifelong learning experiences fits her perfectly as host for this current discussion.

Joining her on the panel are three distinguished voices who bring unique expertise from across continents and industries: Haval Mehta, A.S. Tony Meneghella, and Dr Audai Altaie.

Heval Mehta, Founder and CEO of the World Development Corporation and the Directors' Institute will share insights from his extensive work in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainable global partnerships.

Tony Meneghella is a Consultant, Coach, and Creator who works closely with leaders and teams across Australia and Asia to help them navigate change with clarity and purpose. Currently pursuing his PhD, Mr Meneghella blends his experience in technology, governance, and leadership to guide individuals and organisations toward meaningful growth. His passion for people and practical approach to transformation make his insights especially relevant in today's rapidly evolving world of work.

Completing the panel is Dr Audai Altaie, a Strategic Business Leader and International Partnerships Expert, known for his work in fostering global collaborations and driving innovation in international business development.

Together, they will unpack the trends, challenges, and opportunities defining the "Future of Careers 2025" — and what it takes to succeed in a world that never stops evolving.

A Global Dialogue with Real Impact

The session is designed to be engaging, interactive, and deeply insightful. It will open with welcoming remarks and keynote addresses from each speaker, followed by a vibrant panel discussion that dives into emerging industries, leadership in the AI era, and the growing importance of adaptability and emotional intelligence.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers, making it an open, two-way dialogue rather than a one-sided lecture. The event will conclude with reflections from Dr Janat Blackmon, inspiring participants to embrace lifelong learning and view change as a platform for growth.

Continuing EBU's Commitment to Global Learning

The "Future of Careers 2025" webinar adds another chapter to EBU's growing series of thought-provoking global events that bring academia and industry closer together. Building on the success of prior webinars on sustainability in higher education and research methods for doctorate candidates, this session reasserts EBU's commitment to promoting cooperation, dialogue, and forward-looking education.

Through these programs, East Bridge University keeps building channels empowering people to think globally, act creatively, and help to create their own future in an ever-changing world.
