East Bridge University Becomes Newest Member of the European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS)

East Bridge University (EBU) is proud to announce its recent membership in the prestigious European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS). This significant milestone underscores EBU's commitment to advancing business education and aligns with our goal to provide top-tier learning experiences for our students.

 

Founded in 2013, the European Council for Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) is a registered non-governmental and non-profit educational association based in the European Union (Republic of Latvia, Registered Identification Number 40008215839). ECLBS is renowned for its role in fostering excellence and innovation in business education. Its membership comprises over 50 national quality assurance bodies, universities across Europe and beyond, and professional and trade associations closely linked to business education. The council operates with a board of trustees representing both state and private organizations.

 

ECLBS is recognized for its contributions to higher education, holding memberships with several esteemed organizations, including:

  • The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) International Quality Group (CIQG) in the USA
  • The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE)
  • The IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence in Europe
  • The Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ANQAHE)

 

ECLBS has established partnerships with key quality assurance bodies such as:

  • The Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA), Malta
  • The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), USA
  • The Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO)
  • The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), Kazakhstan
  • The Authority for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, Mauritania
