It’s a visionary leadership style that has been practiced or is currently being used everywhere. By understanding the need for visionary leadership, East Bridge College has recently organized a one-day online workshop on various elements of visionary leadership on 22nd August 2021. Conducted by the esteemed speaker Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, the power-packed workshop was truly insightful and a lot of methodologies are worth practicing.
Crucial areas like the principles of 21st-century leadership style along with various methodologies were being addressed. ‘It is an eye-opener’, said one of the participants. Visionary leaders are typically brought in during an exclusive time in an association. They basically work for helping to move toward innovation and refining a new direction for the company.
The workshop has been a successful endeavour with participation from all across the globe. The workshop was planned and aimed at empowering passionate professionals for visionary leadership positions. It equipped them with new leadership teaching strategies as well as practices.
I am incredibly thankful to the guidance, support and learning I have received during the B.Ed. program. The comprehensive and informative course content and the valuable feedbacks during assignments has not only helped me to expand my knowledge, skills, and understanding about early childhood education but also made me confident to pursue a career in teaching.
My journey with EBU through the Doctorate in Business Management has been transformative. The program provided a comprehensive understanding of advanced business concepts, strategic management, and leadership techniques. Studying market dynamics in the tire industry in Kuwait has enhanced my ability to analyze competitive landscapes and make informed decisions. This has boosted my confidence in leading teams and navigating complex challenges. As I advance in my career, I’m eager to apply these skills to drive innovation and growth within my organization. I’m grateful for the enriching experience at EBU and look forward to making a positive impact in the industry.
As a graduate of the Master of Arts in Teaching degree program, my experience was transformative. The program gave me a deep understanding of educational theory, effective teaching strategies, and practical classroom management techniques. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on experiences, I developed the skills and knowledge necessary to create engaging and inclusive learning environments. The program also emphasized the importance of ongoing professional development and staying abreast of educational research. Overall, my Master's in Teaching degree has empowered me to make a meaningful impact on students' lives and shape the future of education.

I had a great experience learning and pursuing Doctorate as I chose the subject that I am so much interested in. I enjoyed reading and learning from the course work. My mentor was throughout supporting and encouraging. I can't thank him enough for providing me the clarity for the research paper I submitted and for creating actionable goals for me.
