Recently, East Bridge University has secured the CPD certification for one of our professional development programs. As the university continues to grow and expand, this news comes as a welcome boost to our already high spirits. Our Train the Trainer: Certificate in Learning and Development is a certificate program designed with the aim of providing corporate trainers, HR professionals, and educators with the essential skills that are necessary to develop effective training procedures and methods. Train the Trainer: Certificate in Learning and Development
The Train the Trainer program, with a 5-phase curriculum, enables learners to enhance their ability to deliver impactful learning experiences. The program emphasises the importance of needs analysis in training, an inclusive training environment, and the role of the trainer. It emphasises the need to create efficient training approaches, making use of media for learning, and involving trainees in the learning process.
